Terms of Use

Last updated 2 September 2026 · This is the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for our applications

The short version

You may use our apps on your own Apple devices for your own purposes. We own the software, you own whatever you create with it.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel them through your Apple ID rather than through us. Apple takes the payment and handles refunds. We do our best to keep everything working but we cannot promise perfection.

1. Who this agreement is with

These terms are an agreement between you and Romisoft Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17412722, registered office Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom.

They apply to the applications we publish and to any related services. By downloading or using one of our applications you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the application.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights as a consumer under the law of England and Wales, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the application, and you may not copy it except as the App Store permits. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent the law expressly allows you to despite this restriction.

3. Accounts

Some applications let you create an account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure. Tell us at admin@romisoft.app if you believe someone else has gained access.

You can delete your account from within the application, or by asking us. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some applications offer paid features, either as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-off purchase. The exact name, length and price are shown in the application before you buy, and on the App Store listing.

5. Free trials

Where an application offers a free trial, the length is shown before you start it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown, and your Apple ID is charged.

If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited, which is how Apple's system works.

6. Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue a refund for an App Store purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not:

We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

8. Intellectual property

The applications, their design, and the Romisoft name and marks belong to Romisoft Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a licence to use the software; they do not transfer ownership of it.

Content you create using our applications remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep our applications working and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or withdraw features, and we may stop supporting older operating system versions.

If we discontinue a paid application or feature entirely, we will give reasonable notice and will not take renewal payments for a service we no longer provide.

10. Disclaimers

Our applications are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not warrant that an application will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described.

Applications that help you manage your own behaviour, wellbeing or habits are tools, not professional advice. They are not a medical device and do not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you need such advice, please consult a qualified professional.

What our apps cannot do

Our apps present information you have entered and information they observe on your device. They have no access to your bank, your card, or your App Store account. Where an app shows or organises information about payments, subscriptions or other commitments, it cannot make, change or cancel any of them for you. Where it offers to take you somewhere to do that, completing it is yours to do.

Reminders, alerts and reports are delivered as local notifications, which the operating system may delay or may not deliver at all. They should not be relied on alone where missing one would cost you something.

Figures, dates and other values that an app calculates or suggests may be out of date, or may not match your own records. Anything that matters should be checked at its source.

11. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an application is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.

12. Ending this agreement

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the application and, if you have one, cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID.

We may end it if you seriously break these terms. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive the end of this agreement.

13. Apple's role

These clauses are required by Apple for applications distributed through the App Store.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
