Sonar

Sonar keeps every App Store subscription on a phone in one place and points out the ones that are barely opened. Usage comes from Screen Time and is read on the device, so none of it leaves the phone.

Home: subscriptions arranged around a $142.69 monthly total.
Renewals: a September calendar of 8 renewals totalling $213.93, with Duolingo flagged as barely used before its next charge.

A travel map and journal. Trips, places and photographs sit on a globe, and a finished trip can be published, or shared as a card to WhatsApp, Instagram, Xiaohongshu or WeChat.

Wind Down

Wind Down helps people put the phone down at night. It watches the apps they choose after a set hour, checks in once they have been on them a while, and shows each week how much earlier they stopped.

    Scope

    We work out what to build first, what to leave out, and what it will realistically take. If we are not the right fit, we say so before anyone signs anything.

    Build

    You talk to the person writing the code. Progress is visible as it happens, not summarised in a status call every fortnight.

    Ship

    Released, documented, and handed over. You own the code. App Store submission and release process included where it applies.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Can you show me something you have actually shipped?
Yes. Flowsline is in daily production use, Sonar is on the App Store, and the Chronova rebuild for a Swiss watch manufacture is public. None of them is a case study written after the fact; all three are running software.
Who will I actually be talking to?
The people building your software. There is no account manager in the middle relaying messages, so answers come straight from the engineers writing the code.
Who owns the code when it is finished?
You do. It is handed over documented, and it runs on your accounts and your infrastructure. Where you want it under your own brand and domain with no sign of ours, white-label delivery is available.
Will you quote a fixed price?
Only against a scope detailed enough to be worth the paper. A fixed price on a vague brief protects nobody, so scoping is a piece of paid work in its own right. After that you get a number you can plan around.
What if the project is not a good fit for you?
We will tell you before anyone signs anything. We would rather lose the work than take on something we cannot do well, and we are happy to point you somewhere better suited.
What happens after it launches?
We stay with what we build. Monitoring, updates and changes as the business around the software changes. If you would rather take it in house, the handover documentation is written so your team can.
